Berries & Leafy Greens Smoothie
Smoothies are a quick way to get energy and nutrients! Here is a smoothie template, feel free to tweak with other healthy ingredients!
Serves 1
- 1 cup nut milk or coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia, hemp or flax seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup berries
- Handful leafy greens
- 1 cup Ice
Combine in a blender and blend to preferred consistency.
