Berries & Leafy Greens Smoothie

Smoothies are a quick way to get energy and nutrients! Here is a smoothie template, feel free to tweak with other healthy ingredients!


Serves 1

  • 1 cup nut milk or coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia, hemp or flax seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • Handful leafy greens
  • 1 cup Ice

Combine in a blender and blend to preferred consistency.
