Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Want a guilt-less dessert? This yummy treat is simple to make and loaded with healthy fats and cinnamon to help you BALANCE your blood sugar rather than SPIKE it! As an added bonus, avocados are loaded with vitamins and minerals such as potassium, magnesium and B vitamins and anti-aging anti-oxidants.


Serves 2

  • 2 soft/ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Combine all ingredients, blend on high for one minute, chill and serve.
