Cauliflower "Mashers" Side Dish

Great nutrient-dense alternative to processed carbs with dinner. Serve with stir-fries or stews.

 


Serves 6

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, Kerrygold grass-fed butter or Coconut oil
  • Salt, pepper, herbs and spices to taste.

Steam and mash the cauliflower. Add butter or oil, salt, pepper and spices that blend well with the dish you are serving with them.
